All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:  

- **Major Cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.):** **2-5 business days**  
- **Regional Areas:** **5-7 business days**
