HYBRID is built by a small team, and we would rather hire slowly than badly. There is no long list of open roles here. What there is, is a standing invitation.
Who we tend to work with
People who train. Not because it is a job requirement, but because the product only gets better when the people making it are the ones putting it under load. If you have never worn kit until it failed, you will find it hard to tell us why it failed.
People who finish things. Small team, no layers. Whatever you pick up, you carry.
The kinds of roles that come up
- Product and fit — sampling, grading, wear-testing, chasing a seam until it stops moving.
- Fulfilment and customer care — packing, returns, and answering people properly rather than quickly.
- Content and community — shooting sessions, running the club meet-ups, keeping the feed honest.
- Internships — if you are studying and want to see how a small brand actually runs, say so. We take on students through the year.

There is no application form. Get in touch through our contact details and tell us three things: what you want to do, something you have made or run yourself, and when you are free. A short message beats a long CV.
We read everything. We do not always reply quickly, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
